Return and Refund Policy for Tina Myers Creative

At Tina Myers Creative, your satisfaction is very important. Please read through this Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it applies to all digital products you purchase from the store.

1. Digital Product Refunds
Since all products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once you’ve downloaded a product, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Download Issues
If you encounter any issues with your digital download—such as a corrupted file, or an incomplete download, or if you don’t receive your download link—please contact us at tinaxcolors@gmail.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice or make an incorrect purchase, please reach out immediately at tinaxcolors@gmail.com. We are happy to offer a refund or credit as long as the product hasn’t been downloaded yet.

4. File Compatibility
Before making a purchase, please ensure that your device can open and use the file formats provided (we give you one PDF for printing on your own printer for coloring, and one PNG for digital coloring on a tablet per image). Refunds cannot be offered if the file is incompatible with your software or device.

5. Printed Products / Delivery
I offer printed products as well as digital downloads for printables or digital coloring.
Digital downloads are delivered after purchase and are available for immediate download. Printed product orders are submitted to production within 24 hours of being placed. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact me within those 24 hours. After that I cannot make any changes.

Production time ranges from 1-5 business days, depending on the item and order size.
